Shane you need to program the injectors to the DCU. Standard procedure with D4D injector swap.
Do not know the ability of your scan tool but you can do it yourself. There is a 30 digit code on each new injector that needs to be entered into the DCU program.
Toyota dealer would definitely be able to sort it out.

And yes don`t believe the crap they talk on Aussie forums

Just for interest sake. What kind of diesel are you using?
If 10ppm have you tried 50ppm? I have noticed with my NP300 and Landy that they ran smoother with 50ppm.

50ppm Out here in the Free States 10ppm is not that readily available yet.
