When - 23 December 2018. Gate opens at 07h00 and closes at 14h30 as it will be there, I mean their, Xmas Party.

What - Trail and Bring and Braai After the trail

Time - One of us needs to be there Early Before 07h00 when the gate opens to hijack a Braai Spot as you are not Able to Book a Spot In Advance.

-------Who Will Be Early and Offer to Get a Covered Area?

-------Have your Tyres Deflated and Ready to Ride by 08h00 (Est Trail Time = 3Hrs)

Where - Bass Lake Adventures 4x4 Off Road Trail
-----------Sontnell Rd, Highbury, Henley-on-Klip
-----------Co-ordinates S 26° 30' 28.0" E 28° 03' 49.1"

Who - Whomever is interested in a Day Jol I’m going early to ride the trail and have a braai afterwards.

How - With your 4x4 and need to buy a 4x4 Permit before 08h00 at the office.

How Much - Entrance fee Per Person is R150, Payable at the Gate in Cash only
--------------Cost for a 4x4 Ride Permit for the Trail R50
--------------(Alan Said he will Waiver the R100 for Breaking Rules).

This is a Non Club Organized Event but you are invited to come for a Last of the Year Event a Casual stroll through the Park and ride.

Ok

I started this Thread totally Wrong
As I Did not Pay Attention in Class

We all started some where



Time to meet I’ll be there 7 am to grab a Coverd area for shade
I’ll post all the Info ASAP I get them
Phoned a few web posted numbers but eventually got info

Deflated ready to go 8:30am
3 hrs trail so back by 1pm est to kuier
