No need to Thys! I’ve probably lost 0,17 seconds by fitting goodies and tyres! I also don’t bother with manual shifts[emoji12]
Granny wagon must rock, few new platkarre get those times!
If this is a compo I will have to resort to one of my fleetcars, its an SUV, it’s a 5 pot, it does not rely on compression for combustion, but it is aspirated!
Whenever I can’t get hold of a chiropractor, I take it for a drive and it tries to kill me every single time![emoji12]
Or I can just take the Patrol, she is 35 years old, is a handfull at anything over 140, her displacement is measured in cubic inches rather than the newfangled metric system!
She would also happily kill you just because she can, but slightly slower motion than the Ingolstad bitch!
That is why I prefer my daily drive to be a sixpot that feeds on benzene[emoji12]

Driving lessons in an AmarokQuack wrote: ↑Thu Dec 06, 2018 7:47 pmDo I need to teach your friend how to drive?grips wrote:Few things can keep up with a proper v8.![]()
Good friend of mine owns a v6 Amarok. We have lined the Amarok and PlatRangertjie on a few occasions. Traction and launch control on the Amarok help it to stay ahead for the first couple of meters then it is game over for the Amarok
