All the rock sliders for the Disco 1 and 2 attach in a similar way to these shown above. They are a 5mm plate "U" channel that covers the lower sill area between the wheel arches. There aren't any brackets attaching to the chassis on any of the designs. I have saved the plan's I've downloaded and can upload them if someone is interested.

Flat bar bends if it is not thick enough and then they are heavy? Square tubing seems the way to o.

At least they won't rust.
Why does everyone worry so about our Land Rovers marking their territory.

Have you got a photo of those mounted to an actual vehicle?Paul#25 wrote: All the rock sliders for the Disco 1 and 2 attach in a similar way to these shown above. I don't have any saved photos, but there were some from a thread where a guy used the plans to build a set. When I have a gap I'll try to find the link.XJ Junkie wrote: ↑Mon Apr 16, 2018 9:54 amHave you got a photo of those mounted to an actual vehicle?Paul#25 wrote: All the rock sliders for the Disco 1 and 2 attach in a similar way to these shown above.
