You sometimes wonder what goes through someones brain when they do something like this?

Just off the top of my head, these are the issues he is stuck with now:

1) Insurance won't pay anything for that vehicle ( if they saw the videos)
2) He will still need to pay off this vehicle regardless ( if not bought cash)
3) If this was his only vehicle, he would now need to buy another vehicle ( so 2 installments)
4) Everybody and his mate saw this vehicle. So good luck getting rid of it
5) All of a sudden the trade in value of a orange Hilux just went to shit
6) I am sure his wife reminds him every single day what a complete doosh he is

All he needs is some support to get over his alcohol addiction, then he may not do that again.

I enjoy beer. In fact. I really enjoy beer.

But I have never, ever had the urge to do stupid things when I was under the influence

Plus in social / business circles he is probably going to have issues too. Who would employ someone like that? Or want to associate with him socially.
