I always choose white because its cheaper to respray if it was damaged.

Maybe I am racist.

Maybe I am cheap.

I’d have taken anything except white for the rubicon. The useless Pretoria thinking knobs at Jeep SA high command had decided that they’d only bring in rubicons in white because everyone in their family has a white Toyota .

What the actual fornication.

Thus I have a white rubicon.

It also transpires that most defenders in SA are... white.

Thus Yoga girl has a white puma .

Thankfully military dodge power wago come in military green.

Then there is the pink defender .

And my li’l girls pink fiat .

I’d take any other color except white .

My BIL owns a panel beating business. He says there are so many shades of white that it’s as difficult to match as any other colour. There is no benefit to own white, according to him.

I have no preference to color. 80% of my vehicles owned over the years turned out to be white. Have never owned anything in red.

Project vehicles color choices were mostly influenced by the type of vehicle and what color suits it best.
When I build the little Patrol way back in 1986 I spray painted it midnight blue. Later Patrol G60 bakkie ended with a green very similar to British racing green. Did my speedboat in four different shades of metallic blue.
You will never find me without Stroh or a 4x4 :D
