Well in SA a Restraining Order is called a Protection Order.
The previous Protection Order (well the only one) was a sham one sent by that PoS JacoDup.
It was a falsified P.O. wasn't really valid.
In fact I immediately ignored it's conditions to test it's validity & he could do nothing.
JacoDup used to be a SAP cop in Krugersdorp - so he has insight into gippo'ing the system.
His was placed because he stole R18k off me & wanted to block me from contacting him in that regard.
As for the Sea Point Fag - he posted on Anythingbutt4x4.cum about his staff beating one another up in full view of patrons.
I then put his exact post on FB & asked if it was safe to eat a re-imagined tin of Koo Spaghetti & Meatballs in his Restaurant.
He felt he could sue me for defamation. Maybe he thinks 'Defamation' isa posh word for 'repeating what I just said'...
So technically, I've never had a Restraining Order/Protection Order placed against me.
