Category Two: Forum members who are prepared to abide by the Club's Code Of Conduct & Rules
COSTS: Camping
Category One (Club Members): R650 per 'stand' for the weekend
Category Two: Non Club Members) R750 per 'stand' for the weekend
Note:
There is water and power points.
Camping is max four people per site.
Bird & Wild life watching
Early morning and late afternoon game drives (on reservation)

FACILITIES
There is a Boma & Braai area at the camp site.
There is a Hall Available for our YEF but we need more than 10 Campers and the 4 Available Chalets
to be booked out to get it for free or there is a cost to pay if not.
Very clean ablutions. Showers and toilets for men and ladies
There is a Boma & Braais
There is a heated pool. With green grass around it
We camp under nice shaded trees.
NB: FIRE Wood will be available for sale . Please bring BRAAI wood!
COSTS: Chalet
For those of you to lazy for Camping - there are only 4 Chalets available sleep 4 @ R1100 for the whole weekend Friday and Saturday night(You can not only book 1 night) .
Note that the Chalets are served by Communal Bathrooms.
Cost for the Chalets are the same for Club members & non-members - but remember, costs are PER WEEKEND.
Bring your own cutlery.crockery.bedding and cooking utensils. There is a stove.kettle.fridge and toaster.
4x4 TRAIL:
There is a 4x4 Trail @ R100/Vehicle. Est 2 hrs to do (You do not have to do that – But After the 4x4 trail we will do a Game Drive @ R100/Vehicle and in the Veld Picnic )
Attendance Notes:
1. You need to book for both nights & pay the amounts above - even if only coming for 1 night those prices above are for the Weekend.
4. We will only take a maximum of 25 bookings.
5. Do NOT deal with the venue direct.
6. First 25 to book get the spots.
7. Payment Cut-off is when we reach 25 bookings or 15 October - whichever comes first.

PROGRAM:
There is no formal program.
But Saturday we will drive the 4x4 Trail, with those who want to, and there after we have been Granted special Permission to
do the Game drive in our own Vehicles and they will clear a space for a Veld Pic-Nick for lunch.
There is a nice HEATED pool to cool off.
Saturday evening we will all get together at 17h00 outside the hall for the annual club photograph.
Please try to be on time and please wear your club shirts.
Directly after the club photograph there will be a few formalities.
The usual program will be followed such as UTM Certificates, Club Awards, year end speech and a few strafdoppe (Pierre resigned from strafdopmeister).
We'll keep the speeches as short as possible.
After the speeches we will braai together, strafdoppe to continue..... Fires will be ready after the formalities outside the hall.
Sunday we pack up and go home.
