As a point of interest, what is the use of this empirical study for?

The 1st is frankly pathetically powered and the rest are stupidly priced.
It would be nice to have more power for on the road, but I have never been in a situation off-road where more power was needed.

You've become soft since you owned a proper 4x4 with a nice 4.0 Inline Six.

Yes, the Jeep was an excellent tourer and was great off road, but was more trouble than it was worth. It was the most unreliable and expensive car I have ever owned.
