The BF KO2’s do well at Brakkeduine, no issues. Just deflate to at least 0.6 Bar.

Hi Rem

Please start a thread on the new set of wheels - with pictures.

Also, now, no excuses with piepie tires.
It is way too early to start a thread on the Carnage 2026, but keep the dates open, as a few of us will be there for 100%-sure.

This post is useless without pictures.
In fact, I think a new Thread is called for.

So, after quite a search, looking all over JHB and surrounds I eventually flew to look at three options down in the United Republic of the DA.

To be honest there where some reasonable options up here but all needed quite a bit of work, and believe it or not I've got a pretty demanding day job.

I'm happy with bolt on projects and bits and pieces but I don't have the time to strip, refurbish and rebuild.

So I eventually found something super clean, with quite a few decent extras, a brilliant maintenance record and very little, to no trail use. Some very superficial scratches on the belly plates...the worst of the damage. Not even any white rust on aluminium parts, which I'd seen a lot of
even on the JHB vehicles.

So, on with 35s, uprated tyres carrier and compressor soon...but for the most part I think I'll leave the rest in place and upgrade as something fails or starts to..

Meet RRR, Manny's temporarily assigned name.. which will Deifinately change

Makes sense that their would be more Rubicons available in the Gay Capital of SA.
Also a good move buying one from there as it's less likely to be abused off road.
They buy them to pose, not to go off road.

Looks lovely, we'll done Remo! .
