Let the record show that I, Ricof4e the Great, waved at a blue Poer on the afternoon of the 13th of June 2023, on the salt road at the outskirts of Mile 4, and Mr. Nic a.k.a. the Dic did not wave back.

Update:

Other than the air recirculation motor slipping (which was repaired under warranty) it still is going strong and better than a Fortuner.

Update:

It has done 35k km to date, the only issue being the air recirculation motor mentioned above.

I nearly rolled it a few months ago between Dolphin Beach and Swakopmund.

Wife took it in for wheel alignment and to rotate the tyres. I drove it the following day and at about 110km/h, the rear right wheel came off. I can tell you, that's a lot of fun.

Had to replace the drum and components. 3k all in. Not too shabby.

It is still my de facto beach driving vehicle. I love it to bits.

You should try find a good lawyer and sue the Wheel Alignment place...
At least for your costs... .
