Check this out:

I like the part about voting rights.
I also notice heavy incentives to encourage attendance.

Seems all Club's face the same challenges...

Robert, I fear you are talking over most readers heads.
It was members of the committee of the Jeep.Club WC who took over the AAWDC and made the R190k odd disappear.
The flyer in post #1 is from the Jeep Club up here.
I doubt any of the current committee would even know about the old AAWDC days....
