Double insulated cable for solar
I'm busy upgrading my trailers 12v power, I'm installing a National Luna DC-DC 25amp charger, this also has a solar input, so while I'm busy I would like to run that cable too with the BH connector on the draw bar.
Does anyone know where I can get double insulted cable like in the below pic?

Your best bet will be AC/DC Geoff.
They sell solar rated wiring in the single colour in 10m rolls. That is what I used for my setup but have a section of heat-shrink every 30cm to keep the two wires together.

For cable try Citilec in Highlands North.
Its sold as panel wire and has the very fine strands as indicated by Henris above.
I bought 10mm for R18/m and 16mm for R25/m
By way of comparison for 16mm the price at ODW is R79 and 4x4 Direct is R60/m.
They also cut to length. I haven't bought thinner guage from them so I don't know if they'll cut thinner wire.
To keep the wires together I would use braided sleeving
