Boston Port Butt (actually shoulder) on the smoker, now to wait 12 hours.
OK, I'll leave here at 14:00 then.

We mix Percy sheep with venison when making droëwors. So I save this Percy neck for the right event.
Being home alone and in for an easy meal I decided to give to Percy neck a go. Drop it into the oven at 5:00 this morning. Now I have this drum Manny calls an oversized Weber. Made some dough for buns and get the drum up to heat. While me and Karin had a few glasses of wine the food sorted it self.
O Ja the normal Stroh and Jägermeister we also enjoyed.
Made a chilies sauce and served with some avo`s the neck went down quite pleasantly.

How did you manage to burn it through all that tin foil?
