Please run me through the process for a licence for someone who has not had a radio before but now will have a vhf radio in his vehicle.

Must I first go for training or can I just register?

Yes, but those are important.
The airways are free.
One don't get any service from anybody by having a two way radio, like you get from TV and radio.
I say we stop paying for two way radio licenses.

I received my ORRA User Authority this evening.
It cost me R95.00
For a year.
It took me 5 minutes to renew.
Only a complete and utter TwatWangle would not get their User Authorisation.
