Unimog passenger wanted (Tomorrow) - epic river day trip

#1

Post by dawidloubser »

Hi Guys,

This is super short notice!

My regular right-hand gal - both in life, and in the Unimog (It's left-hand drive :P ) - is feeling under the weather.
Doing an epic day trip tomorrow (Sat 2 Jun 2018) in a dry riverbed with a bunch of other serious off-roaders.

If anybody fancies to be my co-pilot for a day of crazy off-roading, you'll have to either meet me:
  • 05:30 in Rivonia / Bryanston area, or
  • 07:00 in Brits (on the R566)
PM me, and I'll send you my mobile phone number.

Dawid. Daai is n one way trip soos ek verstaan.

Sien julle more :-)

Not sure how vehicle rolled over ...
but google says Unimogs tilt limit is 38 deg
vs Defenders 40
and L-Cruisers 45 ... 😳 ?

assuming its when CoG moves beyond wheel contact line
then theres a playoff of tilt vs clearance over and above weight distn, height of CoG etc ... so lift adaptions and oversize wheels etc relevant.
