I think Reenen said "Minimum 50mm LIFT" but Michael, being a Cape Townian, thought he meant 50mm clearance.

To convert from Reenen to English I usually divide by 2, so a 25mm lift will be good!

Cool will be interesting, softroadertjie only has around 360mm under the belly but will give it my best!

I am glad Reenen is here to oversee the thread. He can give a better idea of what needs to be done, how long it will take etc.

The focus here I think would be to do the existing trail and then help build onto that ( Is dit korrek Reenen?).

Hopefully this includes a braai at the top of the mountain (weather permitting).

My guess would be that it would take best part of a day, baring in mind that most of us come from Cape Town. It will take 2 hours there and 2 hours back.

A date we need and Reenen must say when he is available. I can tell you from my side, that the only day I have available currently until end September is Fathers Day the 17th of June. Its a Sunday.

But. I say again. If you guys want to organize something, please feel free to do so if the 17th is a problem. Otherwise we must make it later.

A weekend would be ideal, then we can set up camp. But a lot of guys here work on a Saturday

Sat 16de junie het ek n 40ste, en klomp het vatikaki fun day by welgelegen.
17de is oop.
22ste begin skoolvakansie, ek in transkei tot 7 Jul.

Dan is ek los.

Ons moet probeer om dit n naweek kamp te maak, met roete ry/bou braai een van die dae in naweek. Dan kan die wat heel naweek wil kamp, kamp, en die eat net vir dag wil deurkom, dit n daytrip maak.

Die kamp en bou idee gaan mooi werk. Dan kan n mens die vroumense en kinders ook betrokke kry

Kan ons n datum vas maak vir die naweek van die 29ste September? Dit gee mense genoegsame tyd om te beplan. Dis ook n naweek na payday so mense het geld.
