In SA Toyota has nearly 200 dealerships, but guys like Renaukt and Haval have less than 60.

Is this because Renault & Haval are more reliable?

I have to say.

I haven't seen the new defender on or off road yet - I like it's looks, but it's 'okay' as opposed to 'I need to rush into the bathroom for a moment'

The Ineos is certainly a lot more to my taste from the pics. Pass the toilet paper!

Agreed ... that is why I believe Toyota motor would be more appropriate,
though I think good marketing for successful sales,
especially in early years, would need help them achieve payback and survive.

Not easy to float a new car now or in next few years...
... as ‘New Defender’ may also find.
