The 4x4AG Forum so far
So far so good as far as I am concerned.
Almost a 100 members wouldn't worry anybody. The Land Cruiser Club which is exclusively for Cruiser owners have almost 7000 members. Paying members I have to add. How long have they been around?
I joined the Land Cruiser Club because I wanted info on my Cruiser from fellow members where the only brand is Toyota. Therefor no Brand bashing which is great. Also no cooking, farming or political threads. Only Cruisers or Toyotas being spoken about.
And then the AG Forum came to life. What a breath of fresh air. A Forum that is actually about 4x4'ing and overlanding. A Forum that is informative on topics related to its name.
It's only been a few weeks. Nobody this far felt the need to get butt hurt, no one stepped out of line, its just been really good, and that is why we signed up. If we stay only a 100 members but the content stays relevant, then that is job done, personally I would be satisfied.
So. For me, the AG gets a thumbs up. Keep it going, keep it relevant and you would be successful.
Mike

Thanks Mike.
We can thank the following for the birth of Our Forum:
* 4x4Community for making it increasingly difficult for 4x4AG to remain there.
* Colin (Striker69) for bitching at the AGM that the multilayered communication still allows him to ignore info.
* Michael Craig, who proposed a Forum & then set one up, did all the work & still does. We owe him BIG time!
* Guys like XJJunkie who have started some shit-hot Threads.
* Every single person who has joined Our Great & Glorious Forum.
I thank you all...

No, not Michael & Craig.
Michael Craig, AxEgo on Our Forum - He is admin.
But I understand why you thought all this work was done by two men!

Here’s an audio explaining the word ‘Hubris’ that some selective visitors might find informative, especially the first 2 mins. After this 2 min mark, the audience might narrow because it mainly involves anal intercourse.
