Only the top 3 on Manny's list are anything I would buy...
2017 Land Cruiser 200
2022 Corolla Cross (Yes. It's a Hybrid)
BushLapa Ratel nr 731

Do you get decent Isuzu dealers. After owning a few Isuzus I still have to find an Isuzu dealer that gives something close to customer service.
You will never find me without Stroh or a 4x4 :D

I'd have a H9 Haval, because it's the only SUV that fits the criteria.

The others are Bakkies with a fixed Canopy.

2022 Nissan X-Trail AWD - Mall Crawler

I'd rather buy a 2 year old Prado than an H9 - but Mike said NEW.
Pity the 76 is R36000 too expensive to make the list.

My list would be:

1. Pajero Sport - those front seats and auto box are really great, Mitsu have slapped a very good box in there, smooth and very responsive.
2. Fortuner - the reliability and resale value are unbeatable.
3. MU-X - never underestimate the well packaged Izuzu. I'd just order the diff lock.

To me I would not look at anything else.

A few weeks ago You could get a Jeep GC 3.0 Diesel 8 speed Auto on special for around 770k or so.

I think the last of the JKs are in the 750k bracket now as well.

The Raptor does turn my head for similar money but... that pissy little motor....

Mike never said new. So the best would be to get a 1 y/o Grand Cherokee Summit or Trailhawk. Because itโ€™s the best value for money.

When comparing anything in this category to the GC, none of them can really compete. Especially the old fashioned Prado.
