He lives in the Caprivi strip.
He is closer to Lusaka than he is to you.
He is practically an Angolan.
How you gonna inspect it?

I want to get back to Sector 10 for a wander around sometime. Was last there in the 80's.
But I'm going off topic for your thread...

Gents, how do I remove rust from the fuel tank?

I do not want to take it apart - but I have seen videos on youtube where they first clean it with a pressure washer and the use apple cider vinegar - but I am afraid that the vinegar will just create surface rust.

Any ideas?

I have used a product called Evapo-Rust very successfully for removing corrosion form all different metal bits of cars I've done work on. This product will remove all the rust down to base metal again without any further loss of material or etching. At the time I bought it about 4 years ago it wasn't readily available in many retail outlets so I bought direct from Protea Chemicals in Alrode that import it from America. I do see that it is now advertised by Builders Warehouse.
Here are 2 links for the product.

From the USA website they give Protea Chemicals and Q20 as the two suppliers for Southern Africa.
