Pointless marketing by Isuzu SA, these "Arctic Trucks" are very expensive for some wheel arch trims and a suspension lift with oversized wheels.
They are wide, they have a terrible turning circle and with that lift, battle to fit in some standard-ish garages.
Lets not start on the fuel consumption...

Auas Motors (the GM Motors of Namibia) has a special on the Mux 4x4 now for 520k. Bliksem that is good value for money!

Fit a Rear Difflock to that MUX, and you’ll have really good value for money. Life is to short to be driving a Fortuner

I almost bought one of these; it was an absolute beast at Brakkeduine in 4H. Luckily my emotions was subdued by common sense. Debt at my age is a big no-no.
