When my Ranger's Warranty expired some 4 years ago I extended it by another 2 years. The extension is now coming to an end and I have a choice to extend it for another 2 years.
Now the question:
If I didn't extend the warranty, would my insurance pay for lets say a broken diff or faulty gearbox? Those items are covered up to a certain amount in the warranty.
If the insurance does pay, then there shouldn't be a need for a warranty?
PS. I am with TuffStuff

Nope - insurance only covers accident damage, theft and fire
I refuse to be POLITICALLY CORRECT to impress others - Deal with it

Insurance doesn't cover Wear & Tear.
Warranty won't cover 'Normal' wear.
So I wouldn't bother extending it...
