Overland Route Bots-Zim / Moremi-Mana Pools ?

So about Mid-May 2019 Im off for 4-6 weeks
to go to Mana Pools via Bots and Pandamatenga.
My (optomistic ?) idea of a route is :

Stockpoort Borderpost
Khama Rhino Sanctuary
... poss detour to CKGR?
Maun
Moremi
Savuti
Chobe
then W to Pandematenga
then ENE Along Sth Bank of Zambezi
to Charara
Mana Pools etc then
back probly via Plumtree .

What I want to know is
it possible/practical to travel Eastwards
from Moremi-Savuti-Chobe-Pandematenga
or do I have to loop southwards and up again ??
Are there folk here that have done similar
and whats min comfortable tour time
from Moremi-Pandematenga ... 4/5 days ?
