Which one would you choose?

Spotted this ‘frosty’ morning here in wonderful St Albans.

For the UK conditions which one would you choose?

I know Bushwacker would choose the Pajero.

I would definitely choose the Pajero because it has better wiper blades (it rains a lot)

I would take the Landy. (since you are in the UK).

I notice that in that dark dreary country they choose dark dreary car colours?

Manny, I think I have solved the mystery of why there are so many black (or dark) coloured cars in the UK.

When your car is covered in ice in the morning, it thaws out faster when the sun eventually shines on the paint.

Not that the sun shines often, but ja, that’s my theory

I honestly find it weird that Mitsu has left. The most popular SUV, by a massive margin, is the PHEV Outlander. It’s truly staggering how many are on the roads.

The Disco 4 is popular in North Wales, but not in south eastern England so much.

I know the hybrid outlander was the most popular hybrid by far - they couldn’t keep up with the demand - but alas it was eating away Nissans leaf - and mommy and daddy did it like it Image

Mitsubishi got into the Cesspool Alliance with Nissan and Renault.

So it was probably a Corporate decision.

How do Renault and Nissan do in the UK?

In the US there is no Renault and Infinity is in a downward spiral.

Unfortunately Nissan are the majority share holder of Mitsubishi - they will slowly kill off the brand...

You do know that the Leaf is a small “all electric” hatchback and the Outlander is a large-ish, all wheel drive, plug in hybrid electric SUV (meaning it has a petrol engine and a small battery/electric motor setup)?Hardly comparable.

Your theory would only make sense if there was a hybrid Pathfinder type vehicle in the mix from Nissan, but there isn’t.

@Manoel - Renault and Nissan are very popular vehicles here, the Qashqai in particular is doing well.
