I agree with Peet, start bottom up. Only problem with your sequence is, if you add the steel bumpers AFTER having the suspension done, the suspension will need to be tweaked again to compensate for the additional weight....

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to watch when modding a vehicle is the weight.
Everything you do adds weight and increases drag and this increases fuel consumption & reduces range.
Then you add a 2nd fuel tank or Jerry cans which adds more weight and so starts a vicious cycle...
Be watchful of that....

Ek het nogal self op al my 4x4 modifikasies laat doen of self gedoen.
En soos van julle manne hier sê en veral Manny sê die groot ding is gewig wat jy by sit op jou 4x4.
Ek self al heelwat alleen getoer en soos van julle , wat ek wil sê is ek dink n winch en dubble swing arm vir twee spaar bande in my oë is onnodig gewig want ek het nog nooit myn winch of die extra bande gebruik of om iemand te help nie in meer as 20 jaar. Hilux wat ek nou ry nog stock standard sal dalk kyk om eendag 17" wiele op te sit en air suspension agter.
