Costs:
Camping & Caravanning – R 200.00 pn PLUS R55.00 per person (children under 5y. are free)

Chalet – R1 200.00pn
Rondawel (Room Only) – R 950.00pn
Log Cabins – R 950.00pn
Cabanas – R1 400.00pn
River View Villas – R1 700.00pn (2 bedroom)
- R2 460pn (3 bedroom)

Payments:
The 4x4 Action Group must pay a 50% deposit by the 3rd of August 2018 so that we can confirm the booking with the lodge.

We therefore need a 50% deposit from you by then.

Extension Negotiated - YOU MUST BOOK & PAY IN FULL BY 30 September

You MUST use your Forum name & YEF as the reference. If not. Your payment is a donation.

Once you’ve paid, you must Email Emile (emilecloud@icloud.com) to tell him what accommodation you are booking & whether it’s Friday & or Saturday etc.

The Plan:
It is important to understand that this is a family focused event where you get to spend time with those who are important to you. Taking your vehicle off-road on the 4x4 trail is not compulsory and you have freedom to choose how (and with whom) you would like to spend your weekend.

Guests can arrive either on the Friday or the Saturday
They can come for the day or stay for the weekend.
The main function will be on the Saturday evening.

16:00 - 16:30 - Everyone gathers together

09:00 - Breakfast will be served (R95.00pp)
