Sorry little late. I have done a De Graaf on the 76. Found the Cats to be partially blocked when I did the exhaust at around 40k km.
Definitely adds to the performance of the v8. Plan to do De Graaf on my 79 V6 soon. The quality of the NoiseBoys system sucks. Saw some cracks on their brackets.
What I love about De Graaf it is a quality made system that bolts straight on with no mods.
You will never find me without Stroh or a 4x4 :D

I had a De Graaf exhaust on the 4.8 Patrol that the "weggenoot" wrote off. I was not totally happy with it. It was fine around town etc, but on long trips I found its drone a little annoying.

Ian nice thing about De Graaf is that you can choose how many silencers you want to put in the system.
I have one large one on the 76.
They asked me if I wanted to add a other.

The drone of the 'Weggenoot' or the drone of the Zorst?

Your 76 is diesel, a diesel doesn't need back pressure like Ian's 4800 did, which ran of the Devil's Juice...
You only put straight through pipes on a Petrol Engine if you find your mom attractive...

Manny - it was not a straight-through pipe. It had a silencer. It did, however, not have the "harmonic resonator" thing (I think that is what they call it) which the standard exhaust has which reduces the drone sound from the big-block petrol-fed motor that Greta hates so much. It was also not a "teppit" drone. It sounded fine driving around. I just found it annoyed me when I drove the vehicle for longer than 40km's.

All lies. You need to stop every 40kms to refuel.
