Manny ill be the black sheep and say the way you are applying it obviously has the opposite effect for some.
Why would it have the opposite effect for some?
Is there a difference in the way the list applies to the 'some' compared to 'others'?
If not, perhaps the issue lies with the 'some' ?

Should there be a defined way how the list of events that count is drawn up? Why are some events ignored?
I add all events that are open to all club members as I stated in post #1.
If there is an event that is not on the list that anyone feels should be on the list, you are welcome to contact me & request it's inclusion.
If it qualifies, I will gladly add it.

But remember, no matter what incentive/recognition programme you launch (& I know what I'm talking about as I have launched a few) there will always be those who will do thier best to pick it apart & try be negative about it.

Chas,
Your problem is not those ahead of you:
1. Mad Manny ........ 34 Events
2. Martin .............. 25 events
3. Andreas ............ 23 events
4. Rabbiddog ......... 20 events
5. GeorgTriton1 ...... 20 events
6. KurtG ............... 19 events
7. Bushwacker ....... 19 events < Chas
8. Bugger .............. 19 events
9. Avon ................ 18 events
10. Paul#25 ........... 17 events
11. Striker69 .......... 14 events
12. LesseW ............ 13 events
Rabbiddog has sadly passed on & Kurt has thankfully left South Africa.
So you will, after your next event, surpass both of them.

Your problem is the whippersnappers snapping at your heels.
Bugger is very active & Avon seems to attend every event these days.
Wessel is also down for 2 more events this year.

Watch your back old man...
