It was that time our party found Manny driving around completely lost ... let him join us and took him back to base.

Yes, the group I was in didn't follow convoy drills and we were behind a lady who took 8664563 attempts to drive through a shallow rut (I idled through after her) but by then our group had left us....

I always remember the US Marines Motto "Leave no man behind"...
But then, we aren't Marines...

Interestingly the US Navy motto is "Leave no man's behind"...
