Okay time to actually start kicking this thread off.

But first i need to know a few things:

1. Do you prefer doing the long trail on the Friday night or Saturday night? (a Shorter 4hr trail can also be done on either side of the weekend dependent on the time of main trail)
2. Do you prefer an all night trip starting around 5pm and leading into early hours of the morning around 2Am or do we start in the dark lets say @ 8pm and ride till dawn.
3. 10 Vehicles max? Due to increased difficulty and safety risks at night.
4. Do you have the gahoonas to do night trails in the mountains?

That's all please let me know your opinions so i can plan it a bit better

I dont have answers to your questions Armandt, but I have learnt, over the 100+ outings (GTG's) I have arranged, to NEVER ask the masses for their opinion:
1. You will get different answers from each respondent.
2. The guys who are most insistent on their suggestions usually don't pitch.
3. No matter what you do, it won't be what some wanted.

My advice; make the decisions and start a new Thread according to the Manny Template as laid out in the GTG Guidelines Thread....

I would advise all participants to go and see your local optom and get polarized or night time driving lenses lest you be blinded by Shane's godlights.
Sounds like I must Fit a new LED BAR

You must pm me your number.

Should I do the trail I can call you from the highest point to hear if you can see my lights...

Or else I'll need to upgrade!

I saw the sun come up this morning. Then I realised it was only 3am and some dead-from-the-neck-up pig farmer in the Vrystaat probably switched on his godlights :D
