Annie is now also coming with,
so I will pay R140 more (?) into kitty...

Im a bit wary of cold!
Will prep to sleep in canopy... or under Dome on stretchers,
as not taking trailer
but will take inverter & elec blanket...
Your best for the cold is sleeping in a tent on mattresses on the ground. Sleeping in a metal box is cold. Sleeping on stretchers is cold.

Fully Agree. I always travel with all these alternatives:canopy, dome, stretchers, HD Foam and sometimes, RTT.

Ok, looks like I might make it after all.

But if I go we're still short of 5 vehicles....

Maybe OFFCOURSE should consider joining?

Might be a while before they get the opportunity again considering the 15 vehicle requirement.

Off Course 4x4 is a YouTube Channel - they prefer to only do 4x4 Trails in and around Gauteng and it's neighbouring provinces.

I haven't seen them tackle Overland trips like this or venture so far from Gauteng.

Manny there is a recent one where Japie travelled a bit by himself.

Think he was in Namibia.

Either way, this is an opportunity that isn't ordinarily available.

Something different.

They go or they don't. Simple as that.
