Ribbokkloof is closer than 3 provinces, and don't remember if I have been there.

Sorry for the late response (and probably invalid now) but anyway I have been to neither of the 2 so dont mind, provided there is a relaxing of interprovincial travel regs.

Inter Provincial travel for leisure also allowed now. But a work permit and conservation letter can take you anywhere.
