What?: The 2019 AGM
Who?: All Paid up members of the 4x4 Action Group & their families.
When?: Saturday March 16th
Time?: From 09:00
Where?: Lost Horizons Hekpoort
It's on Waze
It's on Google Maps.
It's out past Greensleeves, past Maropeng on the R563, past The Bru House, 9km further, on your right.
Directly opposite the R96 turn off.
Website?: www.losthorizonresort.co.za
Plan?: Arrive by 09:00 & come to the Lapa at the top by the pool.
Bring chairs & shade.
The AGM will start at 09:30 SHARP!
As is customary, the proceeding will conclude after exactly 36 minutes.
There will then be time for a Q&A & to elect new committee members (*see below).
From 10:00 on you can;
* Go do the 4x4 track - it's very challenging.
* Swim (weather permitting)
* Braai (weather permitting
* Chill.
* Chat.
* Go to one of the craft breweries nearby (Bru House is one).
Camping?: Weavers roost is a caravan park & campsite RIGHT next door.

Or you can book in at Eastco 16km away.
Please take care of your own camping bookings for any site other than Weaver's Roost, the club is doing a group booking fr Weaver's Roost.
Costs?: The Great & Glorious 4x4 Action Group will cover the following costs:
* Entry to Lost Horizons
* The 4x4 Trail (normally R250)
What must I pay for/supply?: You will be responsible for:
* Fuel to get there & back.
* Your food & drink.
* Camping costs.
Why is this such an awesome deal?: Yes, you'll get more than a year's membership fees back just by attending.
This is because you Committee is fantastic & you were wise enough to join the best 4x4 Club in South Africa.
Thanks?: I must thank our newest member, my pal Anton Bodenstein for helping with the venue...
Committee?: If you would like to nominate someone to serve on the committee - please send the nominations to me.
You may only nominate a paid up member in good standing.
But since we've removed all the rabble - you can nominate any paid up member.
So what now?:
You pay a R100 refundable deposit to the 4x4AG using your name & AGM19
Eg: KurtAGM19.
Your deposit will be HANDED to you at the AGM (& ONLY at the AGM) in CASH.
Note: If your payment reference is wrong - no refund.
Once you have paid I will add you to the attendance list.
