Morning all,
At the end of a long year 2018 nearly behind us. Lets look at one of the epic challenges that the club will be attempting.
The challenge for the toughest only, Baboons Pass in August, who's interested.still cold, snow,
This is an epic route, most serious 4x4 drivers either dreams of it or has done it.

Ek hoor. Maar dit is al ons groep van 4.
En dan julle groep van min 10. En dalk nog n groep of 2, siende dat dit n lang naweek is.

@ Jean: ek dink ons moet dalk probeer reel dat ons groep so vroeg as moontlik weg trek sadat daar n gap is tussen verskillende groepe.

We have never done it in the snow, so agree it is going to be fun.

In the dry it took us around 7h with a braai in the middle but that was with only 3 vehicles.
Since then I am sure we have all done some more mods and we will bring snow chains etc. so I reckon if we get a head start we won’t keep you guys up.

I don’t want to intrude on the clubs outing, so if you get all 10 we will try and leave very early.

Usually people bail out at the last moment with events like this one, if you have space we can join you as well if we are not intruding, what do you think Reenen?

Soos bo genoem is ek happy met n gap en ons is n lekker groepie wat al saam daar gery het.

Ek sal vroeg in die nuwe jaar solank kamers boek.
