Richtersveld. Is it Caravan friendly?
we had 4 couples all towing ...

kb280 towing a glider (like a venter)
TD5 D2 towing a conqueror
TD5 130 towing a met-mini
Prado towing a (v nice) Boskriek BushLapa ...

we all managed to go everywhere we wanted

... but taking it slow (44AG schedule more demanding!)

main problem is corrugations and sand.

caravan guys often have /ensure positive
pressurise air in the caravan to keep out dust...
( via a good fan drawing air from outside thru
a filter )

tow vehicles on 1.4bar P
and make sure you got nylock nuts everywhere ...
corrugations can unlock anything else easy

secure all slides, fridges , boxes etc etc
and use anderson plugs not hella s ...

take 5-10L pppd water
allliquids foods etc in sturdy plastic -
- no glass, cardboard etc
LL milk etc come apart at seams
but beer bottles better than can but cushion them all
eg on thin foam mat and secure ...

etc etc

I will do full write-up in due course
before the 44AG trip happens .
