Nope.
There are no spots left.
But the last 6 spots were never filled.

Looks like between 50% and 70% chance of rain in Modimolle this weekend.

Lekwena ranch does not seem to offer 4x4ing.
I only know of Serendepity,

If it rains though, take a drive through to Modimolle on the road as per the image. That road can be great fun when it rains...

Edit: the dirt part bit. Especially the last little bit from the turn off at Zimbi Lodge to the tar road at Metsi-Metsi.

It did not seem that far, but I am in two minds in any event about 4x4ing. I still have Moegatle PTSD.

..... Fires will be ready after the formalities outside the hall.

Is firewood available at the site?

I've camped at Lekwena twice, I think. I cannot recall seeing firewood for sale. But I may be wrong. I've also stayed at one of the "farm house" things in the larger private game reserve (my sister's 40th). We could buy firewood, but if that is what we get there, I'd rather take my own.

That said: We're leaving early on Friday as we're on leave. I need to get the gate code from the owner (in case Manny forgets to share it), so I'll give the owner a call and ask.

No firewood, please bring your own...

Also remember, bring drinking water.
There is washing water though.

No power.

No signal.

Use ORRA Channel 3.

Please re-read post #1.

NB, stands 1&2 are reserved.
But you can take any other stands on a 1st come 1st served basis...
Stands 4 & 10 are closest to the Pool
Lapa & ablutions and therefore closest to the noise.
Stands 5,6,7 are furthest away

Erin, I accept your offer to donate a Strafdop bottle.
You may choose which shooter.

Thanks!
