WHERE: Lekwena Ranch near Bela Bela
WHEN: Weekend of 25, 26 & 27 November 2022
WHO:
Category One : All paid up members of the 4x4 Action Group and their families.
Category Two: Forum members who are prepared to abide by the Club's Code Of Conduct & Rules
COSTS:
Category One (Club Members): R600 per 'stand' for the weekend
Category Two: Non Club Members) R900 per 'stand' for the weekend
Note: The Camp Sites are quite large. Some can take 2 'stands' others can take 3 or 4.
You WILL shares Camp Sites.
There are only 10 Camp Sites so only space for 10 'stands'.
NB: Maximum 25 'bookings'
Attendance Notes:
1. A 'Stand' is 2 adults & 2 kids camping/sleeping in one tent/trailer/off Road Caravan.
2. If your chommie is driving with you & sleeping in his own tent - he books & pays for a 'stand'.
3. You will book for both nights & pay the amounts above - even if only coming for 1 night.
4. We can only take maximum of 25 bookings.
5. You will NOT deal with the venue direct.
6. First 25 to book get the spots.
7. Payment Cut-off is when we reach 25 bookings or 1 October - whichever comes first.
8. NO REFUNDS AFTER 1 November 2022

PROGRAM:
There is no formal program.
There is a lovely Kuier Area.
There is a nice round pool to cool off.
Saturday evening we will all get together at 17h00 outside the Lapa for the annual club photograph.
Please try to be on time and please wear your club shirts.
Directly after the club photograph there will be a few formalities which will take place in the hall.
The usual program will be followed such as UTM Certificates, Club Awards, year end speech and a few strafdoppe.
We'll keep the speeches as short as possible.
After the speeches we will braai together, strafdoppe to continue..... Fires will be ready after the formalities outside the hall.
Sunday we pack up and go home.
THE BAD NEWS:
The road out of Bela Bela to Lekwena Ranch is bad, your Platkare & Kakavaan won't make it.
There is one (very nice) Ablution block behind the Lapa - for some stands it's a bit of a walk.
THIS IS NO ELECTRICITY AT THE STANDS (but there is at the Lapa/Boma).
There is also no signal - however there is Free WiFi at the Lapa Boma if you have an urge to use Social Media.

RAFFLE:
We will be raffling a horse ride for the Saturday.
Tickets will be on sale Friday & we'll draw Friday evening.
R10.00 a ticket.
