Skid Pan Day II - 19 August 2018 with LROC

What?: Skidpan Fun event in conjunction with LROC.
When?: 19 August 2018.
Where?: Redstar Raceway.
How Much?: Free to spectators - this is a spectator event.
How Many Spectators?: There will be space for about 60 spectators.
Who May Spectate?: Anyone, you, your friends, your family...
How Much if I want to Drive!?: The cost will be R400.00 per driver/vehicle.
Non members may enter at R600.00per driver/vehicle..
NB: as a concession we will allow non members in at only R400 per vehicle/driver...
Who May Drive?: Any paid-up member of the 4x4AG.
But you must be one of the first 20 to pay.
LROC provides 20 drivers & 4x4AG 20.
How do I pay?: You pay the 4x4AG Account.
What Reference should I use?: You MUST use your Forum Name + SPE (Skid Pan Event)
If the reference is wrong we will not allocate your payment
Plan: Arrive by 08:00
In short we will set up a couple of courses around plastic cones. Skidpan will be divided in 2, with mirror images of the course on each side. 2 vehicles set off against the clock, 1 from each club. Each club member will do both sides of the mirror, then we set up another course. Only road going 4x4's will be allowed, and not race prepared specials. Its loads of fun.
There will be results announced and prized given.
Every competitor gets a sticker & a certificate.
Commercial Display: Commercial Companies may set up a display.
There will be a 'stall fee' for displaying of R400.00.
Volunteers: We need 8 volunteers to help with time-keeping, marshaling etc...
No alcohol allowed for all participants and marshals.
Every participant must sign the indemnity
Only participant’s vehicles allowed within the fenced-off area of the skidpan
