COSTS:

Waterfront sites: R 460 per stand per night, maximum 4 people per stand (First Come First Serve Basis)
Standard sites: R 420 per stand per night, 4 people per stand.

a stand includes 4 peoples’ costs, additional persons up to a max of 6 per stand (child or adult) R90 p.p.p.n.

NOTE: ONE CARAVAN PER SITE or TWO SMALL TENTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED PER SITE

Day visitor charge is R 90 per person.

The club has booked directly with the venue, please do not make bookings with the venue yourself. *Please note that a Annual price increase is expected in August therefor the pricing differs from the current pricing on the website

Weekend program:

Members can arrive on Friday or Saturday, Friday is better so we can warm up for the party on Saturday.....

There is no formal program for Friday or Saturday during the day, Martin booked a 4x4 trip close to Heidelberg for those wanting to attend. Members are at leisure to relax and enjoy the venue and the facilities offered.

Saturday evening we will all get together at 17h00 outside the hall for the annual club photograph. Please try to be on time and please wear your club shirts.

Directly after the club photograph there will be a few formalities which will take place in the hall. The usual program will be followed such as UTM Certificates, Club Awards, year end speech and a few strafdoppe. We'll keep the speeches as short as possible.

After the speeches we will braai together, strafdoppe to continue..... Fires will be ready after the formalities outside the hall. THE ACTION GROUP WILL PROVIDE ALL THE SIDE DISHES. PAP AND SOUS, GREEN SALAD AND GARLIC BREAD JUST BRING YOUR CHOP N DOP.

Sunday we pack up and go home.

Please note that we will have a limited amount of club merchandise on sale. Shirts, caps and stickers. They will be on sale at Henri Steyn's camp site from 15h00 to 16h00 on Saturday. Sales will be CASH only. Pricing to follow.
