So 2 en n bietjie weeks before this event!
Some more homework to be done still.
Lunch menu is posted below. Because we are a large group and knowing guys will demand food at short notice, the kitchen will have to pre-prepare!
To help them help you, please indicate your preferred meal.
Please do not try marking it with a highlighter on you screen.
Please do reply back on this thread what you will be ordering.
If you have a partner, please also provide name and that meal description.
If you bringing family or friends, please provide name/s and preferred meal description.
Finally please reply by Sunday 24 October. This will enable me to give the kitchen enough time to order sufficient quantities and have these delivered in time.
And the good news if you want meat, you only have to let them know on the day how you like it done. Chips will all be medium.
Simple nê!

3) any other friends families joining post their preferred meal.
Lastly please don't go for a taste bud make over in the week after the 24th and decide you want something else. It is a small kitchen, and 30 of us rock up there with changed minds.....
