I'm going to have to pull the plug on our participation in this event. I was at the orthopedic surgeon yesterday and I'm due for my left knee to be replaced too. This will happen as soon as I know the time-line for the retrenchment process at work. Once I've had the operation I'll be a bit limited in my getting around for at least 6 weeks which will be around the time of the event.
If anyone missed their chance for a camp site they can now grab our spot. Henri can sort out who is the lucky one and they can pay the club as per the thread.
Our R400 can hopefully be held in reserves for the next event we can attend.

Hi Flip. I think it is easier for you to pay the club as normal and my payment can be held for another event.

Guys and Gals.
For catering purposes at the lunch stop I need to know how many of you will attend.
There will also be a menu put out about two weeks before the event so they can be prepared if there is a rush on one particular item on the menu.
Please can you indicate by message in this thread if you will be joining, and if so how many in your party.
I want to finalize by end September.
