Unfortunately i have to withdraw from this event, something very important and unknown to me came up, and this forces me to withdraw. I will however continue my future support.

1) When will a nomination list be published?
2) Are only attending members be allowed vote?

Nominations are to reach the chairman by 1 March. Right now the list is extremely short. I will post on this thread the nominations, if any.
Members must be at the meeting to vote, however that is a moot point as it is generally a formality.
