Japie + 2, AGM, braai and 4x4track pd one year membership fee plus track.

Will bring Indeflate Units with - Indication of how many needed would be great if guys want it there and then. So far one 2x hose got an owner.

You'll get R200 of that price as an AGM Special we negotiated with Off Course 4x4...

OK guys!

Firstly a BIG Thank You! to everyone who said they'll attend - looks like we'll have a record turn out.
Thank you to Andreas for the AGM Thread - Well done on your first AGM.
Also, thanks to the guys in post #43 for offering to stand - we'll see where we can use your skills. Thanks...

I have only FIVE duties at this AGM.
1. Arrange the venue - Done & paid.
2. Ensure a good turnout - I've done my best.
3. The Attendance list (fisrt thing at 09:00 Saturday).
4. The Treasurer's report - all sorted.
and the most important one, which Andreas gave me this week;
5. Bring firewood - I've loaded a big bag.

But please bring more...

That's it from me.
See you Saturday.
