Where: Base 4
What Time: Arrive between 09:00 & 09:30, set up
Meeting starts at 10:00 Sharp!

Plan: The meeting will be over by 11:00
You can then Braai or go drive the Track
Or you can do neither & just head home.
What do bring: Everyone should bring a chair.
If you are staying for the braai – bring meat.
The club will provide the braai’s & maybe a side dish
If 4x4íng – your 4x4 stuff.
If Camping – your camping stuff.
Camping: You are welcome to camp over on either Friday or Saturday night – see costs below.
Costs: As is tradition, there will be no cost to the members for attending
The Venue Hire & Entrance Fee will be borne by the club
If you wish to do the 4x4 Track (it will count towards UTM if it’s your 1st visit) is only R50 per vehicle.
Camping is only R150 per vehicle per night (max 4 persons).

Base 4 lies 18km north of Four Ways on the R511 to Hartbeespoort Dam.
The GPS co-ordinates of the turn are S25°51.705 E28°00.464. 800m down this road you will find the entrance to Base 4 on the right.
The GPS co-ordinates of the entrance are S25°51.851 E28°00.001
What Now: Book, pay if camping &/or 4x4íng & then post that you are attending giving your numbers & what you are in for.
Example:
Bushwacker, 2 people, will braai, camping Saturday only
or
Cornell Mans, 2 adults 2 kids, braai & 4x4, no camping.

COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Please forward any nominations for the committee to me by 28th February 2021. To avoid embarrassment, ask the proposed committee member if they are prepared to stand on the committee.
