Every YEF or AGM there is some smart arse who creates a lot of hassle & unnecessary admin by dealing with the venue direct.
Often it's Colin. But it's never someone who has ever arranged anything.

When we discussed the YEF many weeks ago, Andreas expressed concern over this.
I assured him I'd deal with it.

Regarding the R114.00 pensioner's discount, we decided not to mention it, as:
* It'll create extra admin.
* After Lock Down these venues need all the support they can get.

So, if the R114.00 is that much of an issue - I'll reimburse you personally.

If you still have an urge to deal directly with a venue - you can arrange the 2021 AGM.

LOCATION: About 40 km past Parys on the R59 to Viljoenskroon

WHO: All paid up members, their families and friends are invited

COST: Camping is R380 per night per site. 4 Persons per site. There are a few chalets available. 2 sleeper R930 per night. 4 sleeper R 1380 per night. Chalets are limited so first come first served.

Day Visitors charge is R 80 per Adult and R 50 per Child. This must also be paid to the club account.

In order to keep planning as simple as possible please do not make bookings directly with the venue.

PAYMENTS: Payments should be made to 4x4 AG account
