LOCATION: About 40 km past Parys on the R59 to Viljoenskroon
WHO: All paid up members, their families and friends are invited
COST: Camping is R380 per night per site. 4 Persons per site. There are a few chalets available. 2 sleeper R930 per night. 4 sleeper R 1380 per night. Chalets are limited so first come first served.
Day Visitors charge is R 80 per Adult and R 50 per Child. This must also be paid to the club account.
In order to keep planning as simple as possible please do not make bookings directly with the venue.

Facilities at venue.
There is a small shop for wood and ice etc.

Hiking trail
Game drives
Pool table
Beach volleyball
Kids play ground
Mini golf
Weekend programme
Members can arrive on Friday or Saturday. We will be camping on campsites 26 to 54 which will be able to accommodate us all. The chalets are reasonably close to this area.
There is no formal programmme for Friday or Saturday during the day. Members are at leisure to relax and enjoy the venue and the facilities offered.
PLEASE NOTE!!!!
Saturday evening we will all get together at 17h00 outside the reception area for the annual club photograph. Please try to be on time and please wear your club shirts (Manny is a little bit anal about that).
Directly after the club photograph there will be a few formalities which will take place in the hall near reception. The usual program will be followed such as UTM Certificates, Club Awards, year end speech and a few strafdoppe. I will make every attempt to keep this as short as possible however Manny might want to say something!!
We will then all braai/party together at the same venue. Fires will be ready after the formalities directly outside the hall. There will also be a few tables and chairs outside but probably not enough for everyone so please bring seating.
SALE OF CLUB MERCHANDISE
Please note that we will have a limited amount of club merchandise on sale. Shirts, caps and stickers. They will be on sale at Paul Venter's camp site from 15h30 to 16h30 on Saturday. Sales will be CASH only.

THE ACTION GROUP WILL PROVIDE ALL THE SIDE DISHES. PAP AND SOUS, GREEN SALAD AND GARLIC BREAD.
JUST BRING YOUR CHOP N DOP.
