The very same. Enjoy the outings. Don't have the appropriate vehicle for participating.
Still waiting for the next Carnage ?.
Also remember the effect of a proper death wobble

Martin
Who are the Current attendees?

Can we start chatting re the Trip

I’ll need a Cabin the Friday night at Ramabantha and Saturday night Semonkeng as I’m towing Tiny on a Trailer without real camping gear

Then out of Experience last time I did the Pass, the earlier you get on the Trail the better.

As you do not get held up by other Groups Doing the Pass and Started ahead of us best to set pace than to follow.

Most Guys start around 08h00.

But if I can Suggest we are Ready to leave camp/Lodge site sharp at 7am

This gives you a lot more Driving time to finish the Pass before Dark and Possible sleep over.

The way you have planned it, Sunday is Driving back time.

Yes yes looking forward to this Trip
Walked in to it Blind the First time with a 2Wd [emoji23]

Think 7 vehicles are a good number

What is the Plan with Sleeping on the Pass as I understood it from the Beginning we will sleep Ramabantha as Tiny is not a Camping Vehicle

And I will not do Baboons with my Syncro camper

Agreed 8 is the number,
Booked for Friday night at Ramabantha, drive the pass on Saturday, all goes to plan , we need to book, failing we have to sleep on the pass.

as discussed yesterday the correct combination vehicle and driver, minimize the risk of breakdown or getting stuck.
it is possible to do the pass in one, however we need to be prepared for a sleep over. camping. :D

Some group did Baboons Pass his weekend, amongst then was someone who did it last year, apparently he found it to be 10x more extreme than last year due to the rains etc. But there was a Foton with open diffs.
