Colin, I'm glad that motor is getting tossed.
I recall trying to sleep in at Marakele as you tried to start that Disco over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.
So replace it, but make sure you don't link the hand brake cable to the bonnet release catch as was the case with the Rangey on River Trip.
Every time you stopped the bonnet opened. Then it took you & 4Gee a good half hour before it closed again.

Remember: The Marines have a motto "Leave no man behind."
But, we are not Marines... :D

The quote is for context. Alphabetical family member of 4E ?

I ask out of morbid curiosity...

On the other hand. At this point it seems quite likely I may make this. But I will know in a week...

Ian, Colin Striker is Fearless, he will happily take a vehicle (usually a Land Rover product) in an advanced state of disrepair on a trip.
Hy skrik vir niks.
His break downs are Legen...Dery
On River Trip his Rangey broke down repeatedly. On day one they (Colin & 4gee) spent nearly 6 hours fixing it.
It got so bad I wondered if the handbrake was linked to the bonnet release - as he stopped the bonnet opened.
On another outing his engine caught fire.
But nothing stops him but he usually gets there and back on his own steam - with a little help from his friends.
By steam I mean overheating! :D

Ian, if you are going please let me know. Then I can try find someone from this side of town to take your deflators along to deliver to you.

I can store them at the pub until Ian drifts past again.

Crazy how I just though 9th of July is so far away but it is less than 2 weeks.
We may camp over at De Wildt if anyone else is keen, just because...

EDIT

Ok no camping, forgot I am on standby for the weekend.
