but will take inverter & elec blanket...

Your best for the cold is sleeping in a tent on mattresses on the ground. Sleeping in a metal box is cold. Sleeping on stretchers is cold.

Fully Agree. I always travel with all these alternatives:canopy, dome, stretchers, HD Foam and sometimes, RTT.
